Swaddles for twins

Two per baby in rotation, so four to six total, and mixed types until your babies vote. Swaddling is one of the few tools that reliably extends newborn sleep, and with twins, anything that extends sleep is infrastructure. One twin often swaddles happily while the other fights the wrap like it owes them money, so do not commit to a single system in bulk.

Used swaddles are fine after a wash: they are fabric, they are outgrown in weeks, and the market is full of them. Velcro and zipper designs beat origami muslin at 3am with two babies. The exit matters too: once rolling starts, swaddling ends for both, so have the next-stage sleep sacks ready before you need them.
